A walk around the site: home, workspace, pricing

Account and credits: invites and the enterprise form

Balance and spending: four things the buttons don't tell you

Sign in — but not inside Instagram

You get: A working Nova account, and your starting balance written down on paper

Plan every shot from a ready-made script

You get: An ad project set up, plus 3–4 shots laid out (each with a visual description and on-screen text)

Lock what has to stay the same: the person, and the can

You get: One character portrait, and the yellow warning bar at the top of the page gone

Render — and what to do when it sticks

You get: 3–4 video clips, 4–5 seconds each

Combine it — and work out what it cost you

You get: One finished MP4 — plus a separate .srt subtitle file when the ad has dialogue or voiceover

Only materials, no copy: let AI read first, then pitch directions

The ad site front: template wall, new, my ads, pricing, review workflow

The ad workbench: which buttons write, and which are just settings

The ad shot board: the model is fixed, the buttons match the film storyboard

The delivery page: post settings, the ending, combine, and what appears after

The series line: one style contract, N films

The fastest way through the templates: half the cards come with a finished script

The ad line: eight things the buttons don't tell you

A watermarked sample: the client can see it, not keep it

You get: Two versions of the same film: a watermarked sample copy and the clean master

Send the right link — don't land them on a login page

You get: One tested link the client can open and watch right away

Taking on client work: quotes, a materials checklist and contract wording templates

You get: A filled-in quote, plus an intake checklist ready to send to the client (with contract and message templates)

Saving credits, part one — ad line: three things, all before you click Generate

You get: Three things that work before you spend: the 4-second minimum per shot, the yellow banned-phrase bar, and where take history is (and isn't) kept

Saving credits, part one — film line: draft on Mini, finish on Pro

You get: When to use Mini (55) vs Pro (220), how to pick resolution by platform, and where take history lives

Wasted takes: which one is worth paying for again

You get: One real triage call: using the table to decide whether a failed take needs a re-roll or a text fix — and saving that spend

Camera-move and framing constraints: lock it before you draw — but locks aren't free

You get: A side-by-side pair of clips: with and without a camera-move reference

Model cards explained: what each one prints, and when to pick it

Seconds and price: billed by the second, within limits

Judge strictness: which of the three to pick

Saving money: six things the buttons don't tell you

One line becomes a script — then tear it apart for free

You get: A complete 3-minute script, with its series Bible, characters and outline

Lock the characters: blue fills gaps, red starts over

You get: 3 characters × 2 looks + 3 headshots, with every red warning cleared

Storyboard and location plates: make every shot line up

You get: A 36-shot storyboard for one episode, every shot @-tagged with the right characters and scene

The writers' room: how the staged conversation runs, and which line starts costing

You get: One series Bible written by the head writer from a single opening line (a real 80-credit charge), plus a clear tally: only the writing turn is charged — full document 80, one section 40, questions/reading/reviews 0 — and the knowledge that it starts writing on your first line and that the writers' room isn't covered by the starter allowance

The writers' room: Braintrust, red team or quick check — reviews are free, applying them costs

You get: The ability to pick the right reviewer: what Quick check / Full logic red team / Braintrust / Consultant / Dialogue doctor each look for and how their reports read (red team converges round by round, Braintrust gives root causes without prescriptions); reviews are free — only when you tell the head writer to write does it cost 40/80

The writers' room: the discussion room — the door that costs nothing

You get: Working use of the discussion room: enter via "Talk it over with the team", meet in person, end with notes (listening/whiteboard/notes all 0 credits), knowing that only real writing after "Put the assistant to work on this" costs 80/40

The story pace check, and the new "fast" setting

The writers' room entrance: a door just for writing

Voice collection: have the actor record the character's voice

Scripts and the writers' room: six things the buttons don't tell you

Batch render: the box that's ticked by default spends for you

You get: Final video footage for a whole episode

Judge QC: flagging is free, following its advice costs

You get: A QC report, and an episode with every item in the "waiting on you" column dealt with

Voiceovers, subtitles, merge: two versions means two exports

You get: Three files: a clean master MP4, a burned-in-subtitle version for platforms, and a separate SRT

The trailer: there's no auto-cut — a trailer is a new episode

You get: A 30-second trailer MP4

Intro and outro: cover 50, logo animation 220, same price on both lines

You get: An opening title card with the series name in large type, plus a logo outro animation

The console: the whole series on one screen, look don't run

The production room: clips, seven material rows, the final merge

The fine-cut editor: cut in the browser, render on export

Recovering videos: the match check, the files in the cloud, old leftovers

The export desk: merging is free, "Generate" on intro/outro isn't

The interactive player: watching is free; for a shot with no video, it asks the price first

Production at scale: six things the buttons don't tell you

Building branches, and playtesting the tree

You get: A sample interactive-drama tree you have playtested end to end: the bundle drop is the only entry, branches are added on a node, the number after 🔒 is the viewer price not credits, and the whole tree plays through with nothing rendered (0 credits)

One node, one clip: don't press the expensive path — go through the storyboard page

You get: A cost worked out by the second: total = Σ node seconds × unit price (not branches × one episode); the knowledge that ⚡ Batch Generate's confirm counts nodes but shows no price and bills the top 1080p tier (one node 1,620 / whole tree ≈18,000) so you don't press it, that rendering goes through the storyboard page one node at a time — plus one real take rendered (Mini 480p, billed by the second)

The Any-Door: the branch where the viewer types — who pays

You get: A working understanding of the Any-Door: auto-injected by the parser, the viewer types and the story is improvised and rendered on the spot, one round = text 0 + video 864, capped at three rounds (2,592), charged to the signed-in account, with no price on the panel (panel only, 0 credits)

Interactive drama: six things the buttons don't tell you

Two single tools: Image Gen and Video Gen — what each needs, and what it costs

You get: One real picture from Image Gen, and a map of what Image Gen and Video Gen each need and what their buttons print; you'll know the image count defaults to 2 and video is billed by the second

Video Gen has no starter allowance: charged from the first click (Image Gen is the exception)

You get: One real 5-second clip from Video Gen, and a visible balance check: 540 before vs after. You'll know Video Gen has no starter allowance and charges on the first click with no confirmation; only Image Gen uses the main image endpoint

Talking head with Photo → Video: one photo, one quoted line, five seconds of speech

Asset and camera-move libraries: everything you've made, and moves you can borrow

Single tools: six things the buttons don't tell you

You get: A six-point checklist for the single tools: both are reached only by typing the address; the starter allowance covers Image Gen only, Video Gen charges from the first click; neither page asks you to confirm; the image count defaults to 2; video is billed by the second, 540 / 1,080 / 1,620; makeover, baby prediction, talking head and the rest are retired, and their old addresses land on New Project

Teams and enterprise: creating an org, adding members, the shared pool — what you can see, and what you can't do

You get: A clear picture of what you can and can't do on the team edition: an org is applied for (provisioned by the team), top-ups go through your account manager, org shows draw from the shared pool not personal credits, the credit cap is a per-person ceiling, "Spend Monitor" doesn't appear in a new org, and a member sees only "My Episodes" (0 credits throughout)

An org show end to end: admin creates it, assigns episodes, the member renders, the pool pays

Five badges, one real wall: what a member can open and what they can write

Teams and enterprise: seven things the buttons don't tell you

You already have a script: from a file to a cast list

The script page: which buttons write, and writing costs

The episode library: see the whole series at a glance

The flow map: slow the first time, two free pictures, and one paid rewrite

Laying out the storyboard: once per episode, fifty-five — and which button lets you choose

The Visual Bible: the master switch for how the film looks — free to change, but old images don't follow

The Director Stage: block the shot with 3D figures, render a keyframe as a reference

Sketch: drag stick figures into place, render a photoreal keyframe

The film strip: the skeleton of a film, one cell per segment

Storyboard · the shot card: which buttons are free, which render, which cost extra

Storyboard · right rail and dialogs: model, resolution, redo, whole node

Storyboard · the top row, the render panel, and the director's assistant orb

The film line: eight things the buttons don't tell you, that cost you money

Characters workspace · character tab: which buttons show a price, which don't

Characters workspace · scenes, props, reuse across projects

Look from photo: one photo to line up the character's appearance

Looks: how many per character, which episode wears which — render first, then lay out

Learn wardrobe, and match a reference grade: learn once, use it for the whole show

Stills to scenes: drop in what you've shot, get empty plates by location

Characters workspace: seven things the buttons don't tell you

Characters speaking the wrong language: find the language lock at the top of the receipt

Same character, different face: check the four locks in order

Clicked and nothing happens, or it just spins: don't re-shoot

A product mistaken for a person: clearing a fake cast card

Buttons that spend without asking: six places

Which pages are lab benches you can skip

Where the orb is, how to move it, what one tap really does — and the eyes it uses for you

Put it to work (1): pick a look, say one sentence, it's changed

Put it to work (2): have it render a clip

Money and limits: talking is free, doing costs
